"Food grade" implies greater than 3% - which is common drugstore Hydrogen Peroxide

Usually food grade is (guessing from memory) 21% hydrogen peroxide and one takes a drop a day and increases it over time

The 3% is safe to take internally in small amounts - good idea to brush your teeth with it too ! (Pour over your toothbrush )

You should always build up the amount. Start with just 1/4 drop first day, I.e. mix 1 drop of each with water and throw 3/4 away. 1/2 next day, 1,2,3 etc
