Good to know

I'm in this area and it's bad enough that Jim Beam and other distilleries were bought by Japan and China back in 2015, and now China is going to own Louisville Slugger.

Louisville Slugger is only worth 560 million, but just like the examples given in the above video I posted, China wants to own American companies so badly that they pay WAY MORE than they are worth just so they can own them.

Louisville Slugger's umbrella company is Amer Sports which is the company the Chinese will actually be purchasing. Louisville Slugger is only a subsidiary.

Which means if this deal goes through, these brands which are under Amer Sports will also be owned by the Chinese:

Amer sports is a Finnish company...

Rawlings is still American owned, but is owned by Rubbermaid (Newell Brands).

Even though most Rubbermaid products are made in China, Rawlings bats are still manufactured in the USA.

It's getting harder and harder to buy American owned/American made products. It's even harder to figure out what is and what isn't.

I can definitely tell that information on the internet is being censored more and more everyday. They allow only what they want us to know.
