I recently feel like I’ve almost lost the craving for meat. I’m gonna continue to eat red meat maybe once a week or a couple times per month and fish once a week, but just so I’m getting whatever nutrients are found only in red meat. This is really odd to be feeling this way because normally In the winter time I crave meat and potatoes and heavier foods. I’m craving veggies, nuts, seeds, beans- falafel!!!

Seriously, fresh fruits and veggies are amazing. And, I just don't trust the local meat areas, but, the really nice, Internationally accepted places are super expensive.
