The title of the thread reminds me of a class I took at University. We were studying the bible and the nature of evil. One silly boy suggested that god put those dinosaur bones in the ground as a spiritual test, that god PUT those rocks there for a person to find and test his/her faith. That was a painfully cringe-worthy moment for that boy and the rest of us. There was a moment of silence in the room when he suggested that and the "crap, here we go again" eye rolls began. When people invent facts to fit the story, especially a religious story, (something that never happens on here on glp right? Right), when someone else's fiction is imposed on rational, intelligent and literate people, the fanatics find the most appalling and laughable ways to explain it away. Of course that's not a mistake made by the golden crap himself, god's Rump, because you perversely equate his human idiocy with some kind of ubiquitous and hallowed infallibility. I can laugh at the way the "wishers" twist any kind of nonsense into a way to worship that Rump because I expect it from people like you Opie.
