I’ve never known what to look for in a person so I would subsequently be attracted to them. The most I can tell is, aesthetically pleasing and not so aesthetically pleasing but this again, this is all subjective.
People have always struck me as very shallow (not to sound snobby or imply that I am not shallow) but it was rare to find someone who sees life the way I do. There seemed to be LOADS of people around me who think alike or in very similar ways though so that made me also reflect.
My life has changed exponentially since finding Chaol and these threads and words cannot even begin to describe how much my perspective has benefited from interactions on here. Nobody, it seemed, cared to know how and why we are here. Whereas from a very young age, I have been extremely curious as to what the reason for existence is and how to gain knowledge that could propel me to the next level of awareness that I know exists.

Thanks for these suggestions. They will be put into practice by me. The most important thing for me now is to get closer to my inner self(s) and maybe even my counterpart in Upper Earth and work together as a team.

Screen time can be limited by me but it will come with a bit of resistance since that is mainly what I use for entertainment (or dopamine rush as you call it). Three hours before bed could be spent reflecting, pondering, meditating etc

Eating fresh foods will also be a bit of a challenge but I will make an effort.

Drinking water without fluoride. How do we know when water has fluoride and how to remove it if it does? I am an ice addict though. I literally chew ice all day. Started doing this a couple of years ago and I love it. It's much more fun than drinking water!!

Walking was one of my favourite pastimes when I lived in a different location. I haven't done as much of it recently, driving is so much easier lol. My work is now 5 minutes away from home so I don't really need to walk far distances to get to and from work. The weather is also terrible right now but that's no excuse. I know people who run/walk/jog in all kinds of temperatures.

Talking to strangers. This, I have started doing more of. Getting into elevators and saying something, anything to person(s) there. Making conversation with cashiers at the stores like Tuuuur. Trying to do more talking with colleagues. Talking with loved ones. That part is easy.

Realizing that I am probably wrong about everything that I know and hold dear seems like it would be an easy one for me. It brings up all kinds of excitement in me actually just contemplating the fact that I know nothing but here I am thinking I have it all figured out. Let's tear this all down and start again, yayy!!

Realizing that there is a better part of me is also going to be easy. My current identity is not the entirety of my being. I am more than just the name I call myself and the way I look.

In terms of things I do currently that make me happy, I will carry on doing those. A nice drink (alcohol please) and a nice strain of good old Mary Jane make me feel good so these will have to stay while I make my other changes.

Theres some really nice springs out to discover. I personally been drinking years of spring water, haul it myself. But been many years when I did not make the trip due to moving around. Also when it rains water will be cloudy with extra sediments.

If you are lucky you can find sheltered spring, built base, with several pipes coming out.

The conversations out at the springs are funny. Two old timers told me how their dentist told them to get fluoride mouth wash since the spring water didn't contain any and made their teeth 'soft'. Many local people report they been drinking for years and are healthy. Of course you can test the water for yourself or have a lab do it.

'Processed' was referring to foodstuffs, but the weeds are meant to force the brain to change in certain ways. (Botox for the brain?) It is natural, but not natural for the human body.

Some substances may occur naturally in the brain, but are not meant to be ingested from foreign sources, much like you're not meant to drink someone else's pee.

Actually, I prefer this one. It's my home. Even if it may be completely different later on.

The 'The Destroyer' needed to have been born inside the chaos of the lower earth, not outside of it.

Otherwise he could not have been an anomaly.

Sometimes the brain makes up logical narratives to justify our addictions. Including jobs and participation in other types of systems.


There's nothing wrong with a bad diet (or smoking or drinking whatever all day). Just consider that you are folding these things down into your body and mind in order to interact with them. If there is incompatibility, then there might be some friction. Some people are 'built' to consume lots of processed foods, cigarettes, or alcohol, but most aren't. It depends on the person.

The 'healthiest' diet is the one you feel comfortable with once you've minimized your addictions. To do that, you could probably try fasting for a week or so to help 'cleanse' the addictions from your brain, then see what you prefer after that. You might find that you have strange cravings for more fruits and vegetables.

I'd guess that the foods you eat are what give you what you need for the life you have now. Eat differently to begin to think/act differently.


Processed orange juice, from a bottle? What does the process do? It might be filled with sugar and other additives.

What kind of tea? Herbal tea without any additives? You can always make tea yourself by just boiling herbs.

Try baby toothpaste if you prefer a more consistent feeling. You can also clean your teeth with a stick (as we used to do), but that might be too primitive for most :)

We've been conditioned to think that white teeth are healthy, when healthy teeth in adults are actually more yellow.


It's funny how many people these days walk but don't pay attention.

Walking and stretching might be the only exercise one needs.


Perhaps you're thinking too much about what you might say. Saying hoy hoy with a smile can encourage others to talk to you, instead. That way, they're the ones that will think about how to respond back. Sometimes, that's all it takes.


We still exist, even if we're completely wrong about everything. The right/wrong dilemma is just something we came up with. Sometimes the 'wrong' things are the best things.


Yes. And as someone here has implied, think of it as your subconsciousness personified and given a name/face. That makes it more human.

The #1 thing I notice very frequently is how much of a ghost-town it is when im out and about 'walking', especially the suburbs.

Some neighborhoods are deserted in that way. Sounds like another AOC action, to make people go everywhere by car, no matter how near the destination is, to make the “local” livinghood more enpty

Nearly all 'mineral waters' I've found seem to contain it, but few of the 'drinking waters' (as though mineral water was not meant for drinking?)

You could chew fluoride-free ice all day, then lol

And, for those of us who don't know, fluoride is a neurotoxin (i.e., brain poison). I haven't seen the following video yet but the preview seems interesting:

People in Japan are generally blind to what's put in food. It's extremely difficult to find organic food and grocers, for example. Ingredients are not well-marked, and nobody really cares. There's too much 'trust' with these things, which means there's lots of abuse. (There are also a lot of scams in general, which is ironic.)

But the grapes really are worth every penny. I never thought food could taste so good. (Who knows what they do to them, though.)

I suppose if I knew about in 10 years ago it would be quite strange, but these days I expect things to be very strange.

Personally, I don't think anything about either concept. I've never believed in it, and still don't.

But I think 'heaven' really is the upper Earth, and 'hell' where we stand now. (With 'heaven' being the idealized version of the upper Earth, and depictions of hell just being severe mis-understanding about what's really going on.)

We are all 'demons' in 'the synagogue of Satan'.

Maybe they don't need to be real, because interaction is what's actually important. And, for that, an illusion not only works just fine but requires so little energy.

Perhaps not only that, but intimate understanding of Chaos from the inside.

Being born of Chaos might be the only way to destroy it in altruistic fashion.

I should have said, It's funny how many people these days don't pay attention when they're walking.

But it does seem that people are being conditioned to walk less and 'exercise' more and eat 'healthy' foods.

One of my best friends considers herself healthy and recycles just about everything, yet drives to her mailbox... less than 40 feet away from her garage.

From my quick google search just now, I don't see the need for fluoride to be added to water as the negatives far outweigh the positives. The only positive seems to be the benefits it has in maintaining good dental health. I don't think that's a good enough reason!! Loads of people still have horrible teeth and dental problems, still have to spend time and money going to dentists and most people end up losing their teeth eventually anyway.

That rumour has legs I'd say! Let us leave lower Earth and go Juana Maria in upper Earth. Hehe.

When you say 'drinking waters', do you mean the regular bottled water from the stores? I'll do some research to see if I can find any brands that definitely don't have it and start from there. I would love to chew fluoride-free ice all day! haha

We need to demand non-fluoride water/products. How come there are no protests about that? Not that I want any protests really. The difference could be a whole new world entirely. I am certain any brain poison has to have an effect on the brain somehow. Sigh. It would be nice to detox and start afresh without it.

Yes, the reset. That's something I try to do once in a while because it really does get kinda blah having 'too much fun' sometimes. Spacing it out makes it so much more enjoyable. I would look into finding out what it really is for me: dopamine or happiness. I think it's a bit of both.

I noticed on your website the countdown clock is labeled the return of Christ. What does the return of Christ look like in This day and age?

You’ve spoken of the Jesus Group before. Are you talking about the literal return of the messiah or something totally different? Is it more of an idea, a consciousness, a group of people, a singular person? Or...?

I am curious. Is there anything you can share about this? When you say “Christ”, what is your definition because that’s a loaded word/idea that people relate to very strongly.
