In order for anything to be "legally binding", it requires the FORCE to back up that assertion. Agreements, UN resolutions treaties and even laws mean nothing if they are ignored or defied and no army comes to force you or economic warfare is employed. Now, the EU commies may try to economically harm other members like Hungary or Poland when those countries tell the EU and UN to go pound sand. At that point, the EU will be in jeopardy of coming apart because enough economic abuse will cause other member states to leave the EU. All the Satanists have left, at that point, is to declare war on Hungary or Poland or whomever and then we'll have a world war. "Legally binding" only means something when all parties agree or one party is so weak that they roll over under pressure from the offender/s.

A perfect example is Israel. How many UN resolutions has Israel said fuck you to? Lots of them. You see any UN armies invading Israel? Nope, because trying force Israel will end in war and other UN countries don't have the WILL to go to war with Israel. The will to confrontation and violence must be there or the resolutions mean jack shit. What it boils down to is a simple "make me". You can't make me, then fuck you and your resolutions.

In this kind of game, the opposing parties weigh the risk/benefit scenarios. I figure the Visegrad countries have remained in the EU because, so far, they receive a net gain (free movement, employment in wealthier countries, trade, and so forth). The Visegrads are willing to put up with a lot of shit because the economic gains outweigh the shit. Where they have put their collective feet down is in selling out their nations, race, culture, religions and traditions for any EU benefits. Brussels thinks they can force them because they won't want to lose the benefits of being in the EU but, nope, those countries are not budging on that. That's their red line in the sand. The EU got away with this shit in Italy but now the worm has turned there and Salvini has said they're going to round Africans and ship their asses back to Libya. I think they've already stopped the NGO ships that were ferrying the "refugees" over. So, Italy reached it's point of being fed up, in spite of other benefits of being in the EU. When your risks outweigh your benefits is when you say "make me" and fuck your "legally binding" whatever. The offender either backs off or there is war.
