When did this trashy trend to use the word “finna” become popular?
I’m assuming this loser-ish, backwoods, ghetto, “pretend culture” garbage is a recent development? I have seen the word “finna” on some social media sites of dopey retards lately in recent months. It seems to be used as follows, to replace the words “going to” or “gonna”:

I’m finna steal my pastors new bike just as soon as I get done punching out innocent old ladies on the street.

What the fuck is this garbage talk? The letter F sounds NOTHING like a G you fake retards that use this “word”!
as a black woman from montpelier, vermont, i gotta say... im doing just fine

Not that I'm into talking like a retard, "finna" I think actually comes from "fixing to", therefore where the F comes from. Fixing to means going to in Southern US talk.

Actually fixing to, means more like getting ready to than going to though, just to be more linguistically correct.

When you fix something you are repairing it. Then there is the concept of preparing or getting ready to do something.

I am familiar with that bastardization of the word “alright”. But that is more of a “yo look how lazy I can be not even pronouncing the “L” yo!”

The same people who would say something like “ayite” are the same people who’s ultimate idea of cool is Steven Hawking (RIP) because “yo, he so laid back doesn’t even move he body and sit in a shiny wheelchair.. now THAT cool!”

The lack of a "t" also distinguishes British Royalty bloodlines.

In the movie with Jodi Foster called Nell, she has been isolated from the outside world and when she is found her language is very distinct.

Southern American mountain dialect is the closest thing to dialect of the Early American settlers who had strong Irish accents.

The problem with dialects is that they impede communication and it takes more words to actually get messages across in translation.

Many languages are becoming extinct, especially in indigenous populations. Proper English should be encourages for people who want to advance in business and life.

Yes, the lazy factor.
That's very important in identifying demographics.

West Virginia is typically known as the cousin banging capitol of the US. Those people in the Hatfield and McCoy era moved to Ohio and the South. In the 1940's Eugenics targeted them so they wouldn't breed.

Today's Southerners aren't quite that retarded.

There are still "pools" (named because of family pools of DNA) in New York State, and Pennsylvania, mostly in the mountains.

When Jamestown Colony was destroyed it was because certain ship Captains were bringing people to American indiscriminately. Human Trafficking is not well regulated. The Early Planters had been hand picked by Royals for their DNA and skills in agriculture. These "others" were only from shipping profiteers who were also responsible for the mass import of black slaves from Africa. Those "others" were disposable people who were to be used as labor.

That plan fell apart and the "others" settled mostly in secluded places in the mountains to hide from the hunters who were used to "dispose" of them.

Priority then was to break from England and those hunters were called to fight the British and the disposables were left to breed unchecked. When that population became a problem there was the Civil War...

Yeah, I would say the term "fixing to" came from more of the west Virginia area and morphed and merged with the southern Ebonics.
