Quoting: Sungaze_At_Dawn I don't the situation and what they were facing and so this isn't about that, its not the operation or what was at stake. This is about finding out they're conducting warfare in Somalia. Its called having all the NUKE SUBS and being AMERICAN! THE BOSS THE TOP DOG! So not about laws and decent behavior, just bullying and the red necked creepiness. Sorry thats not what the world needs. We need Equality and Freedom, and our borders closed to high risk migrants. We need governments that are responsive to the people and justice systems that work and actually topple crime from the top down. We need to recover industries in our countries, not mess with other countries. Middle Eastern countries are hiring Erik Prince and Blackwater for these missions. It's not the US military. They were hired in Yemen and have been acting there for a couple of years now. Not under President Trump or US LAW. |

Had the article read "US conducts 6 airstrikes against Somalia extremists, 62 dead, mostly children"... I think the world would be looking at this in a different light. But the average person doesn't know that Al-Shabaab is a youth military group, they just see a weird looking word that got bombed by the US; and it's all good. They could have been saved. The US could have had boots on the ground, and save the children (like has been done before by the Somalian government)... But there's no money in that, and the US only cares about money, not children. |

They're literally right across our border and they execute people like ISIS. Plus they're one of the reasons why so many illegal immigrant Mexicans are fleeing to the US.
