My girlfriend just said she received a $500 check from Horizon Blue cross due to tax cuts?

She couldn’t talk much because she was at work but was stoked about the check she received today from Horizon blue cross blue shield. She says the letter basically said it was from the tax breaks Trump pushed through. Anyone else receive a check like that and if so could you please explain it more? Sounds to good to be true. MAGA
