Some fascinating stuff there for sure - but is this guy really suggesting that the oceans wash over the continents every 12,600 yrs at 400mph?

He says it will happen in stages, that being the pole reversal first all of which will happen very quickly. Yea but if it's supposed to be in repeating cycles.. well that doesn't really compute.. So does he explain that? Obviously I didn't watch the whole thing, relying on you guys to accurately summarize it! But if the sun does a nova, then there cannot be any life on earth or any water... So that is kind of a warning bell, right? Nova is like blowtorching the earth until something like Mercury remains, if anything..
