Anyone else catch a strange flu/cold lately ?

It's love sickness. I've got it too. Unrequited love destroys the immune system.

It could be fatal.

I've had the lingering cold for 4 weeks, it hit me hard a couple of days after MASSSIVE chemtrails - I thought I was better after a week, but it comes back and lingers.

IT's a fungal infection!

So what do we do about it?

There's lots of fungicidal herbs out there, and many combinations.

I hate to say it, but I swear exercise continues to be my saving grace with colds. EVERY time I quit my one hour walk a day routine, and go on a few months or longer hiatus, I ineveitably come down with 'the crud'..stuffy nose that eventually gets into the chest, sore throat slight fever..nothing that puts you under the covers, just annoying and tiring.

The only 'bad' thing, is that walking always makes me have to readjust my bp meds, because within a week, I can cut it in half.

virtually everyone here in my part of the UK has been hit by a cold/flu type thing this past 2 or 3 weeks.

The worst part for me so far is I can't seem to sleep, feel so fatigued, and completely lightheaded even though I am refusing to take a flu-like type medicine. My chest does hurt some, it is kind of type, mostly body aches though, especially in the upper back, sides and lower back. Been drinking medicinal teas and trying to keep busy, but this sucks!!!!!!!! It started with feeling nauseated and having to go to the bathroom alot. I hope this gets in check soon. I hope all of us get well soon and start to feel better, thanks for being there and sharing.
