Well. Now that we have over 400 respondents, GLP RH- is at 42% - almost three times the population at large, or 15%.

Understood this is an unscientific poll, and those that are RH- may be more aware of their blood type than others. But still, interesting data.

O is the most common blood type, so the results here are entirely consistent with studies and data.

The negative term seems misunderstood, it means "No" or "Nay" and has nothing to do with electric charge.

Just like being HIV positive doesn't mean you are a positive person...

Every time that I have a blood test, each time that I have given birth to a child, the government have got my blood type along with my DNA. There is nothing about me that they don't already know.

I'm the only AB- in the family.
I typed it myself in H.S. Biology over 40 years ago.
I've never donated blood.
My records went down with the hospital I'm told.
Only my dentist knows for sure, & he ain't talkin'.
He passed a few years back.

Aborigines and Native Americans and isolated tribes like the Shompen have O blood.

People are assessing some really weird things with it about aliens and things. It's silly.

So are aborigines with dark hair, dark eyes, and dark skin aliens? Just like the blonde hair blue-eyed people?

In the "O-positive" the "-" is just a hyphen. To separate O from the RH factor, not a minus. Perhaps I should have just put a space. It was 5 AM in the morning when I started the thread.
