you know I had gained a lot of weight on these antidepressants and being a zombie for awhile

and I tried different diets

I went to a bariatrician they had me on the high protein Keto diet everyone is pushing, I lost some weight but I felt horrible

I did not like eating tons of meat and processed protein bars and shakes with tons of crap in them

There was an article and I can NOT find it now, that said that the KETO Diets were causing serious health problems having people consume large amounts of Fat and Animal Protein

I read a long time ago, if you want to be really healthy, learn to eat like your grandparents ate.

I thought about when I was vegetarian or ate very little meat and I was very thin 115lbs without trying

So I have been working on removing now this need for Crap in Shit in my body

I have been having some fruit and whole grain bread for breakfast with tea

I have been liking to have a potato for lunch and today I had it with some green beans and some tea

And you know, I feel much better


Last night for dinner I wanted Oatmeal and toast. I know it sounds simple but that is what I really wanted, and Krystal wanted a salad.

we went to the pawn shop to pay our bill so Krystal does not lose her Class Ring and Guitar

and we had a little money left for padding but I saw the movie bin and they had all the damn good movies

got all the Marvel movies, and Jurassic Park (got to have that one), and Star Wars, and Notebook, HERO one of our favorites, oh and the last one I picked up Krystal could not believe Neurotically Yours her favorite cartoon

I saw a season of Southpark and told Krystal I needed that and she just kind of looked at me. I also bought a Southpark PS whatever it is game system game when we found them used. It is funny, those little kids so wild.

We ended up buying 76 or 78 movies or full seasons of some things for 55 dollars

but geez, you could not buy the movies for that anywhere else
