We already have those laws, Philonise. We have laws against murder, manslaughter, assault, theft, burglary, fraud, breaking and entering, etc. We even have hate crimes laws and civil rights laws. You should be familiar with at least three of those laws because Michael Chauvin was convicted of those three. Or, were you looking for a law that makes criminals not commit crime in the first place? Because that could prove to be tricky.

Really, though, you were just looking for a sad sound bite to get on the nightly news and maybe pick up a few more donations for your GFM.
