Yesterday, ABC News shouted that "half of U.S. adults are now 'fully vaccinated'."



Of course, after giving the headline ABC says that 58.6% of Americans "have had at least one shot" -- but that's not "fully vaccinated."

Meanwhile, today Becker's Hospital Review reported (from the latest CDC data) that as of May 27th, only 39.7% of Americans have been "fully vaccinated.":

It's kind of obvious what's going on here. The country is lagging way behind Biden's goal of at least 70% full vaccinations by July 4th, and Joe doesn't want to be embarrassed. So the media are helping him out by lying about America passing the psychologically-significant 50% barrier in order to pressure the non-jabbers to hurry up, "do their duty" and get the shots.
