We all have tentacles attached that steal our essence. There is a meditation technique in the book Psychic Self Defense called the Tower of Light. It involves the use of the purple egg and visualizing the severing of the cords, then a power up, then hardening the egg. Similar to OPs approach which seems good too. Psychic vampirism is real, some people do it unconsciously, and some do it on purpose. |
