In an article about women in SES: [link to www.govexec.com (secure)]

"Marcy, who worked at 10 agencies throughout her government career and was a charter member of the SES, says most of her jobs were unusual and challenging, motivating her to stay in public service. "I didn't get what people meant by bureaucracy," says Marcy, who most recently served as interim president and chief executive officer of the National Academy of Public Administration. Marcy helped stand up the departments of Energy and Education, and was chief operating officer at the Small Business Administration before she retired in 2001."

You'd think if she was the founder that article would've said it give that the entire purpose of the article was women's roles in SES.

Next: [link to www.washingtonpost.com (secure)]

In an article about the first years of SES,it says 6,700 charter employees. Her name is nowhere to be found.

Again: You'd think if she had anything to do with the founding of it that her name would be there somewhere.

Go to usajobs and do a search for SES to see the requirements and stipulations for the various jobs in different agencies. It's simply an upper management pay grade classification with qualifiers. Nothing more.

Stop following this Field McConnell guy. He has ZERO credibility. Less than zero.

In other words, YOU haven't done due diligence to verify who you follow. You just take his word for it.

They'd just blow themselves up trying to figure out how it worked anyway.

They have one power generation nuclear reactor.

They don't have an enrichment facility.

They need someone to enrich their uranium to weapons grade or sell them plutonium.

That would be big news.

Plus they need to design a warhead and have done no testing.

NK showed just how much trial and error there is in warhead development.

Claiming they have a functioning warhead (unless they bought one) is complete bull.

But they have no infrastructure to build warheads.

Unlike Iran. Tehran has a research reactor and theoretically could generate plutonium.
