Take the time to refresh your knowledge of the amount of times this country has actually used martial law and why it did.
I did.

They are crazy enough to start killing people in mass... and have planned to do so for years (I read Bill Ayers' manifesto) 2) conservatives won't shoot anyone until shit really hits the fan and they have to defend themselves or die... That's why Katrina was such a poor example, democrat mayor with a corrupt police department..
