Help me find 1980s movie- had invasion aliens that looked like giant frogs?

I watched a movie in the 80s that was about an alien invasion and the aliens looked like giant frogs. There was a scene where cops or gov were driving through a neighborhood with a loud speaker telling people to evacuate. Does anybody know what movie this was? I know its a longshot with so little info but its all I can remember and its bugging me. Thanks!
