Yes. I know Naglase. That's why I asked what these cancer enzymes are, because I wasn't sure what enzymes the article was talking about.

Naglase is produced naturally in human body by healthy cells, too, and it's hardly cancer-inducing. In fact, Nagalase deficiency is associated to a rare congenital metabolic disorder called Schindler/Kanzaki disease.

The increase of Nagalase is monitored. More than normal indicates something is wrong.

Cancer increases the amount of Nagalase.

Nagalase causes immunosuppression by preventing the formation of a molecule that stimulates the immune system.

Yes, but it is also an enzyme that occurs naturally in human body and can be used in vaccines due to its strong antigenicity. The fact that cancer cells emit it to invade is no reason not to use it in non-cancerous people.
