part or all of the motive could be Agenda 21 like the video said. The fires coincide with the areas that Agenda 21 has indicated would be off limits. The fires sure did clear those areas out quite a bit. Probably some valuable resource there, could be a simple as the water and other obvious natural resources...

When I was an aerospace engineer, I worked on directed energy weapons. Lasers from space platforms make NO sense because that would cost thousands per shot. Lasers are very inefficient at converting electricity into photons.

Particle beams don't work well in the atmosphere unless a laser ionizes the atmosphere first to creat a path for the beam.

However, microwave weapons can be used from drones or aircraft, and they are dirt cheap.

I have a book in my professional library, How to Turn Your Microwave Oven Into a Death Ray. The author rigged a 5 KW commercial microwave oven into a beam weapon. The MASER in the oven comes out as a pencil sized beam that can set plywood on fire at 500 feet.

With a suitable generator, you could fly an aircraft over Paradise shooting invisible microwave beams down to set things on fire, melt aluminum wheels, etc.

BTW, I am surprised no one has used such a homemade beam weapon for assassination. You could burn a hole in someone's brain from hundreds of yards away and no one could see the beam unlike laser beams which have visible scatter.

Much more feasible.

While I am amazed by these new era fires they are not mysterious.

Warped steel and melted aluminum and glass are to be expected.

Even next to trees and plastics with minimal heat damage.

This is just the nature of the fire ground.

I don't live in a forest setting in a clump of mobile homes and if I did I would move away from that high risk environment.

The irony is they are trying to blame it on PG&E, who will be responsible for the financial hit. Oh, wait, Moonbeam signed a bill last year that any liabilities for a utility are to be passed down to their customers. California is getting fucked twice on this one.
