Flashback: March 2018 Omnibus Approval

These are all I could find, but...

I seem to recall the last "huge, largest Omnibus budget ever" being signed by President Trump back in March of 2018.

Then, he said he would NEVER sign another one again unless it had border funding.

In fact, I remember him saying that the Democrats "promised to work with him later" on wall funding -- But only IF he passed the Omnibus right THEN and THERE.

So, he did.

Does anyone else remember Democrats going back on their promise here?
