That's not MECCA in Saudi Arabia. It bears no similarities to descriptions of MECCA in the Koran. No cave, nothing. The Koran was changed and altered, and the true site isn't even in Saudia Arabia. But the unwashed Muslim hordes that go there are too stupid to do their own homework and research all the issues with the Koran.
