Well I really don't know!
My husband started down that road with bouts of pneumonia (along with many other crisis' and critical events), but since he has gone the natural route that has all stopped. I just know in my heart he would be dead now, if he had continued the VA's path...

And, no-one talks about the compounding effect of anti-virus shots. Some medicines are wonderful. Others are lethal.

Last year on New Year's weekend I got hit with the 'Miami Flu' and was coughing until mid April.I lost 30 pounds. Only lost one day of work.
Several people in my building got it. Never knew what it really was.

We drink this everyday with a dash of ginger oil added. A dose of natural probiotics for the gut plus a bit of elderberry syrup everyday keeps us healthy.

Count me in as one who has come down with it. First got sick just before Thanksgiving. Normal upper respitory type cold - sore throat, runny but stuffy nose. Then it went into my bronchial tubes with lots of junk which caused major coughing but could never get anything up. Wheezing like mad and hard to breath. Kept the cats and everyone up! Three weeks after TurkeyDay finally went to the doctors and did the nebulizer thing and they put me on a week of prednisone. Immediately got better. However, as soon as I stopped the prednisone, "IT" came back again. Went to the doctors again, and this time she put me on a regime of 40mg predisone for 5 days, 20mgs for 5 days and 10mgs for 5 days. Finished that last week, and now it trying to come back again! I've heard about the Oregano Oil, but not sure how to use it??? Thinking of trying that this time to avoid more prednisone. That stuff makes me jittery and emotional - probably because it destroys the potassium in your body. Been eating bananas like crazy to offset those effects! Helps, but still don't like taking lots of prednisone. The thing of this virus is that it produces LOTS of phleum which seems to 'stick' to your bronchial tubes. Nasty!!!

Yes! Oregano, eucalyptus, & rosemary essential oils are also good for coughs. Be careful with them, they are very strong.

I wouldn't put it past them adding some unknown virus.

Even if the chemicals in the trails are to keep out excess UV rays, no doubt the chemicals are weakening our immune systems or even making us sick just from them.

Hey Market - Try putting a drop or 2 of the oregano oil into a small pot of boiling water and inhale the steam. That might do the trick! Get it right in there where the problem is.
(I've also used a bit of glutathione powder dissolved in the steam pot)

I was sick for the entire month of December.

I felt awful. And lots and lots of coughing. The last week there was a lingering "I feel like I'm about to come down with a cold" general malaise that just didn't want to go away.

Got sick, dry coughing fits still linger, 4 weeks later.

Crushed raw garlic 3 times a day seemed to really help from getting worse, but cough still lingers

I got stuffy and some deep chest congestion for about 3 days, then I was over it. But for almost 2 weeks after, I was coughing out the plegmy stuff, getting it out of my body. I never had that lingering after effect. I've been taking lions mane mushroom capsules and just started taking chlorella again. I wish I had been taking the chlorella beforehand. I probably wouldn't have caught it at all. Everyone at my work had it, and it spread around to everyone. I've never seen so many people get sick at the same time. I've also been steadily taking magnesium glycinate, vitamin C and a B complex. I'm sure that helped with my quick recovery. I never missed a cigarette break or a trip to the bar.

Oil of oregano can be pretty harsh and it doesn't mix well with water, and it spills... but this (from the same people who sell my preferred oil of oregano) is great. Easier on the stomach and it still works.
