The coverup unveiled. The lie exposed. What to do now?

Long time GLP. WHat I have here warrants review and responses. Real honest to goodness responses and not bullshit. A couple of years ago, the Arleigh Burke Class Aegis Missile Destroyer USS Fitzgerald DDG-62 was hit in a collision with the ACX Crystal while on patrol. Many of you should know about that event. The entire event was questionable from start to finish. In the end, Sailors were KIA and the Admiralty covered up this event on a huge scale, but was messy in that coverup. So much so, that information released by the USN actually revealed some rather surprising revelations.

Remember who the CINC (Commander-In-Chief) was at the time. So, things going unchallenged and unchecked shouldn't be so surprising.

So, to all of you that know how I am on such matters, here's my train of thought. The USS Fitzgerald was on a combat mission/patrol. Her mission: ABM aka Anti-Ballistic Missile operations. World SITREP: The DPRK was conducting long-range ballistic missile tests (or so we were led to believe) out to sea. Reality (speculation on my part here): The Fitz was assigned with shooting down any and all DPRK missiles that were in the skies at that time traveling along a trajectory that would put U.S. military/civilian interests at high risk for destruction.

Further: The capabilities of the Arleigh Burke Class Aegis Missile Destroyers are both capable and viable to such an extent that powers such as (e.g. China) would want that ship taken out of the picture to permit the DPRK to do what they want without hindrance from the USN. ABM technology is a force multiplier for our country on the whole. It may not be hypersonic tech, but it works well against pre-hypersonic ballistic missiles. To that end, after the Fitz was rammed on purpose, the unthinkable happened, she was boarded by an unknown hostile force. Things got real sporty then. Now, before anyone shouts bullshit at me, I need you all to understand my background here.

I served in the Security Forces Battalion. The Battalion's divided into Barracks Duty Marines, FAST Company Marines, and Marine Detachments on Aircraft Carriers. I was the latter on a Nimitz Class supercarrier. My mission was to protect all assets on that ship. My training consisted of counter-terrorism operations and tactics such as close quarters battle. That being stated, the USS Fitzgerald does not have Marine Corps assets aboard her, only the TAO (Tactical Action Officer, the Master-At-Arms, and specialized Naval Security personnel are on such ships. So, you can imagine the low numbers of such personnel on that ship and combine what with the magnitude of being rammed would cause all kinds of chaos and hell to break loose on the Fitz.

Let's take this to another level with one single question, how was she so quickly neutralized? Answer (possibles): 1.) Electronic Warfare. 2.) Basic structural detailed knowledge of the Fitzgerald's class aka blueprints/schematics brought to the enemy via acts of espionage. How else were they so quick in locating and locking down the CIC and other parts of the ship to get their message across to the Navy and CINC at that time?
See where I am going with this? The Admiralty covered this up and black-balled that crew. 7th Fleet was not full of incompetents. It wasn't caused by poor training standards, etc. No, this was a very well calculated and executed move by a very strong and well-determined aggressor nation that wanted to send America a clear message.

When that message failed and the Admiralty covered it up, the USS McCain (of the same class as the USS Fitzgerald), was made to be the second message, per se. After the McCain event and then CINC Trump came into power, notice we have NOT had such events like that occur again. Chew on that for a bit.

Finally, I'll end my tirade on this note. Whether the American people, and by default the world, knows this tidbit, a literal physical act of war against the United States was committed at sea.
