My guess is that she is already gone. News agencies usually have obits made up for older famous people.

That graphic only stated "2019". My guess is that she won't last through the end of the year, thus FOX might not be wrong, only premature.

They can only make a public outcry about it. Legally, there is nothing they can do. The House, which is controlled by Dems, cannot itself remove a president by impeachment. A Senate needs to vote to convict and that won't happen.

Also, the HOUSE has NOTHING to do with voting on a judicial nominee. That is the Senate job and the Senate is Republican controlled and the Dems in the Senate can't even stop it. And you can thank Harry Reid for that.

I think they are preparing. When someone big dies, the networks always have montages of clips from their lives and all that. I'm always amazed how quickly they throw them together. This time they have a little heads-up, so why not get started.
