I actually hope they can but I'm not confident that they are willing to.

They are unable to co-mmunicate or co-operate in a productive discussion.
This is not an insult to their intellegence.
They are unwilling to communicate.
Their intention is to prove a point or win an argument rather than communicate.

They will use all of their dirty tactics attempting to insult you but it will only make them look bad.
