Government Shutdown has proved a blessing!

I volunteer at a food pantry. The amount of food rolling in is amazing! Most ask it to be marked shutdown employees only. We also have seen an up tick in cash donations for gas cards! We as a country can care for our own. The volunteers are increased 10 fold! State agencies are helping. Usual clients are saying save it for them. The out pouring is generous and a blessing!We as communities do a better job than the government could ever hope to! Maybe this is the message? Just saying!
