Practical Prepping Protocol even if Poor

You and everybody else needs to understand about UN being there, Mexican gangs perhaps being armed by rogue SeeIA agents ready to war, two hidden underground bases at Morgan Hill - don't know yet who owns them, and so much more. Focus on CA for now - Trump you can read in teh headlines. Not CA. Research on yt.

This is the time we should all have everything in our homes or bugout locations. Truly - I sincerely feel this and wish all of you to be ready. I'll go to the store tomorrow for a few more things, and the one thing I couldn't yet get but plan to next month if the world holds still long enough, is the means to have heat if/when power is out. Food and water - have done my best. We will last at least a little while. My doctor was kind enough recently to pick up two bags of dogfood for me when she went to Costco -so my girls are prepped for a while, as she had gotten me two cases of canned dog food a couple months ago at CostCo.

See to everything, people, especially your pets and livestock as they are completely dependent upon you and you are solely responsible for them.

Flashlights, other lighting, batteries, crank radio? Stocks of each kind of soap? You know what you need to do. Do you understand how soon you need to do it, people?

Some of the "advice" here is ridiculous; buy a freezer? Please, I forget to make enough ice, much less freeze anything. I eat day to day and buy food for a few days. How are you going to keep the freezer going when you have limited power or none?

Life won't be worth living under the circumstances some of you imagine. Why aren't you trying to enjoy some of your life now? Seeing the paranoia here has really made me see how fearful a society we are.

good thread, I just found a well after clearing brush on my new property I plan on getting it up and running next spring.

I keep finding things like that, I bought this older house because it has so many things, like an indoor heated and cooled pool, green house, hot-tub and basements, and now I found a well, a root cellar behind the greenhouse, It is going to take a lot of work to restore it to it's former glory but it will be worth it.

I see a metal detector in your future lol

I already have been thinking that, but just to find the electric, water, and gas lines that go to the green house.
