Canned cheese would be my total thing - I adore cheese. We only have a c ouple very small Mexican stores here - price would probably be prohibitive, right?

There's that squirt on cheese that comes in a presurized can to squirt on crackers (bacon flavored)...and velveta doesn't need to be fridgitated until it's opened.

Then you have that cheese dip in a jar next to the fritos & nacho chips.
