I keep it on hand and use on any lesion or insult to the skin. Great stuff. It ran away off the shelves during the possibility of ebola because it can continue preventing contamination of the skin for some time after use. I try not to rinse it off after use, but if applied somewhere while showering, that isn't very successful. :)
