Hibaclens is something good to keep in your first aid supplies. It's a antiseptic skin cleanser. My doctor told me to get it for something a while back. I keep it in the shower. If I get a scrape or cut, I wash it with that and it heals much faster! You can buy it at Walmart or on Amazon for $6. [ link to www.amazon.com (secure)] Just pour rubbing alcohol on it :) Hibiclens is good stuff. 4% chlorhexidine solution. Disinfects skin for days. You can buy chlorhexidine solution at farm/feed stores for a fraction of the cost of Hibiclens. The veterinary version is usually on 2%.
