Man is this turning into a GREAT growing season  The garlic is garlicing...the tomatoes are tomatoing...the hops are hopping...even my monster hedge that blocks out the world has turned into godzilla! I've had to cut the chives twice now & let them go to waste because I didn't need them (and another cut because I did need them). Already harvested about $20 worth of top quality cilantro & put it in the freezer. Kudos!! That is such good news. Soo glad you have the knack to grow and produce what you need. Me on the other hand is going to have to get professional help. Never had any luck growing anything at all. Thanks...there are certain things I grow well & other things I suck at...and lastly...things the critters eat so fast it's not even worth it to try to grow. I've given up on sunflowers because the bunnies & squirrels eat the shoots the minute they sprout. I can see where the rodents/rabbits could be a big PITA. Do you have room for a greenhouse.. maybe at least to get sprouts started?
