Welp...I spent all of yesterday cooking (after a grocery run). I made a huge pot of beef stew & about 4 pounds of BBQ chicken.

Now it's all going into small ziplock plastic containers and into the freezer. I'll have many many meals I can just thaw and eat

I think we might have a TP and paper towel shortage again...the store only had a small end-cap of TP and PT's and the entire TP section was "under construction". The funny thing was there was only one construction worker who was "looking" like he was doing something...but he really wasn't. He kept using plaster to patch the same hole over & over again...but there was no hole.

A pretty large section to only have one worker kinda-almost working.
