Hey O's it interesting you refer to the flares as a train wreak, I was thinking that it was just going to be a few C-class flares but it seems to me that a series of medium to higher level M-class flares might be more damaging than a X-7class flare

Let's hope that they are small

You may be right about that. The health effects on people
who are especially "vulnerable" (recent stroke victims,
vax-compromised, heart conditions, also mental issues
which may be "triggered.") It's a "WRECK ON A WRECK"
as they say!

I'm trying to avoid people as much as possible, not just this week, but as much as possible.

Road rage, people at the grocery store (angry over inflation) and I only use the drive thru if I eat take out, which is rare.

People are losing their shit all over the place, I use craigslist as a barometer, people who overpaid for their toys (Boats, Cars, 4 wheelers) everyone who's feeling the pain is trying to sell their stuff for the overvalued prices
used car dealers that bought used cars at auctions are dropping prices and will be lucky if they can break even.

The pain is coming on Economic, food, and from space weather, prep now the best you can and don't tell anyone what you have.

Adragon again O's, You do realize he posted a video, and nobody heard from him until pages 7,8,21, 23, he only posted 5 times in 6 months on his own thread, and those were just comments on other people's post, You and others brought the real info to that thread.

In the meantime, I posted 27 articles of my own in this thread and have posted over 200 videos on the subject in that same amount of time, yes he was first but if you think about which OP did a better job posting information in their Original post , I believe I worked a lot harder on mine.

Once upon a time I was working on Reagan’s Star Wars program and was immersed in nuclear war strategy.

I gave an interview to a reporter for a German newspaper.

She asked me whether there would be a nuclear war.

I replied, “Certainly! If the probability is even 1% per year, over a one hundred year span the likelihood is very high. A miscalculation by a world leader is almost certain”.

We KNOW there was a Carrington Event. From ice core data, we KNOW that much more powerful solar eruptions happened in the past.

I live in hurricane country. It is CERTAIN that we will have a major hurricane again someday. Ditto for earthquakes, tornadoes, wars, forest fires, etc.

NOTE:
My reason for thinking these most recent 2 videos
below ARE IMPORTANT (for new folks especially) is
because of the debate between many viewers of Vogt's
(and Davidson's) series who dismiss his material as
"...just ANOTHER doomsday THEORY."

At the 22 min mark in the 3rd video, Doug Vogt tells
his viewers: "If you have a WEAK STOMACH...you may wish
to skip this part of the video!" He says this because
with this NEW BILL 4488 NOW IN THE SENATE...the law essentially
puts "catastrophic human extinction" up in clear terms into
an outline for how governments will handle the coming
solar/disaster events. This takes Vogt's "theory" OUT of the "woo-woo"
category and shows you his report HAS LEGAL TRACTION within
high levels of our government (finally) in 2022. That is
a very "big deal." It's NOT A THEORY now.

Oracle, thanks for posting Doug’s videos.

Where to start?

I find some good info in Vogt’s data.

However, he has hypotheses that he presents as absolute FACT. E.g. he thinks that the Sun evaporates 500 feet off the surface of the ocean very fast.

We KNOW that ice ages don’t happen instantaneously. It takes thousands of years to build up the huge glaciers.

Granted, the world temp seems to change within a span as short as three years.

His videos seem to be 95% speculation and 5% hard data.

His pet theories such as “information” creates matter are pretty far out there.

Not to say that he could not be right. However, paradigm-busting hypotheses demand a LOT of confirmation.

I try to take what is valuable and ignore the noise. LaViolette is annoying in the same way; he pushes his hypotheses about physics all the time.

However, his ice core data appears to be rock solid….and incredible.

I don’t know that I will ever delve deep enough to form concrete conclusions.

However, from the little I have seen, it looks like:

1. The Earth does not stop spinning or reverse rotation. The enormous energy expended would probably melt the crust. I think that Vogt and others TRY to come up with a way that the Bible prophecies could be realized.

I think the Bible is full of poetic language and that many prophecies have been poorly translated.

2. Aaarggh! Had a lot more that I typed and the tablet decided to erase it all.

I will gather my thoughts and try to communicate again.

Bottom line: I think it is better to expend energy prepping for catastrophes rather than debating the various theories.

I appreciate your offering your "take" on the Vogt material.

I think GLP readers are "smart enough" to draw their own
conclusions about ANY THEORY they encounter on GLP, actually.

I NEVER assume that someone with a new theory is 100%
accurate with what they will offer in their report. I am
of that opinion with Doug Vogt's series and his explanations.

The guy is really really smart--give him that much of a
"hat tip"--and I generally separate the "wheat from the chaff" myself with his videos. Most of what he reports if
100% OVER THE TARGET and I don't quibble with the little
stuff. Before his very brave appearance on the horizon of
theoretical solar theories--we never heard about the
full story of what the government did and did NOT know
since the moon landings. So--given he has been willing to
"GO THERE" and give us the whole story, I'll believe
him and share what he reports with others.

Meanwhile, you can PREP and STILL WATCH VIDEOS...unless
you are churning your own butter! lol!

Without his videos and Ben Davidson, I would still be here only 53 feet above sea level when SHTF.

MOVING UP is the key for the next "chapter" on Earth.
Away from coastal areas and inland with at least 1,000 feet
(I'm at almost 4,000 ft. above sea level so I'm hedging
our bet alittle!) lol!

My original "journey" away from the U.S. coastline began
back in 1975 when my family moved for my husband's job.
From the Oregon Coast after we met a woman studying
Edgar Cayce (he ALSO recommended getting INLAND as much
as you can manage...but didn't mention sea level which
surprised me...given the BIG MOVE for the Pacific Ocean
in the next cataclysm.) We moved a few more times since
the 80's and finally ended up in Montana.

Anyways...it is "service to others" folks like Vogt,
Davidson and so many others--Storm2Come and Adragon
included--that will save lives. All we can do is "spread
the word" and pray people listen.

With Congress discussing Bill 4488 now (August 22, 2022
is 8-44numerology)...I'm thinking time is getting very
short indeed. DOWNLOAD the Bill (just google Bill 4488)
and you will see they mention "catastrophic" like 20 times
through the bill. They believe we are about to face a
very "big deal" indeed. Let your congressmen KNOW you
support the Bill if you can.
