I just learned this about Voyager 2, and being that Ben Davidson is about to start the Cosmology series it kind of fits this topic. I and others have done stories on Voyagers 1&2 the importance of the data sent back from both Voyager craft, will I believe be the first warning of a galactic Super wave that may trigger a micro nova.   These are smilies I made last year from live Voyager data streams that you can monitor here. [ link to voyager.gsfc.nasa.gov (secure)] Is voyager heading toward Sagittarius A, by chance? Voyager 1 is traveling in front and angling north of the heliosphere and Voyager 2 in front and to the south, So we can see what we are about to run into. I think of it like this, if Sag A. goes off it will be like a bird hunter, you don't aim at the bird, you aim where it will be when the shot reaches it.
