Hey Storm2Come! Just wondered if you had come across the article today that they have CONFIRMED that the star in Orion's constellation --Betelegeuse--has had a "traumatic eruption" which they believe explains why the star has had a "dimming" event (due to the gasses and debris cloaking the star's light.)I'm wondering if this is part of the "micro-nova-in-series' Vogt speaks to. Let me know if you can find anything. The article I can reference is so short it isn't even worth putting up...but what I have typed already is what the article said. It was from "Discover" magazine. D's.O. Quoting: Davinci's Oracle Yep Ben Davidson speaks about it in todays or yesterdays space weather news, I believe he was saying that the most recent eruption, has broken it's 420 day eruption cycle. I do believe it might be do to the galactic super-wave that has set off two of the closest stars to earth, Ben hasn't worked out the timing of when it will hit our heliosphere. He did a video last week about the timing though.
