Landlord REDEMPTION: Squatting on the Squatter!

Living in the countryside is one of the greatest life's joys and choices, Truth Reaper. Far quieter, vastly more privacy, and generally speaking you can do whatever the heck you want without much, if any, hassling from your county and/or city officials who managed to tax annex your area of the county. I guarantee you, Truth Reaper, that tax annexing BS can get extremely annoying real quick like too...

Though the only real downsides to living in the countryside is the stark lack in modern amnesties such as low latency and low cost broadband Internet connections and even easy getting around town. It can suck being some miles outside of town on these technological fronts, but if you don't mind missing these technological marvels then you're in for a real treat living in the country side, man.

They should probably avoid the bathroom

Squatters will typically put the power in their own name to establish residency. They must do this to legally gain the deed.

That confused man in woman's clothing was stealing it from her paroled boyfriend who was living next door (I think) or next door neighbors whomever they were.

What happened here? I didn't see him squatting. All I saw is that he got the squatter outside so the cops could show up and arrest her.

hey ask yourself why the banks , the courts, and police aren't enforcing her claims, why they don't care. it's b ecause it's a MASSIVE RACE WAR to steal white property, and it's already happened, they have STOLEN TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS worth of land, property, assets from whites as a race, and given it to blacks. the banks, courts, police are one huge globalist gang operation in many many areas, especially metro areas.

and the property taxes are there just to push the white people under.

Do what my friend in California did. He owned a 16 unit apartment complex and when half filled with squatters who wouldn't pay the bills, He short saled the whole thing right out from under their asses. They had no recourse in court and had to vacate as the new owner won his case and insurance wouldn't cover his losses.

Dang... cruel, effective, and I hope your friend got maximum dollars for his efforts, Seeker of Truth.

And the revenue retrievers that work for them are too, e.g. police.

I suppose at least decent concerning my real life Karma. It's not as if I've gone on a mass killing spree as of current.

No he took a loss yet still made a profit, but well worth the headache of having to deal with squatters. Once the sale was finalized in court the new owner had no problem evicting them especially after his title insurance wouldn't foot the bill. A transfer of property and ownership rights, allows you to refresh your property anew including getting rid of tenants not paying the bills. You legally can cut off utilities while you change to new accounts.

Not bad at all. Still... a terrible situation altogether.
