How do they determine who is on the list? Political affiliation cannot be it - who knows who will be in charge if that crisis ever occurs. Past legal problems or a history of violence? Past drug use or alcohol abuse? Membership in certain groups? Immigrants (illegals or those with visas)? Those with large amounts of money? Those with a number of guns?
