How do they determine who is on the list? Political affiliation cannot be it - who knows who will be in charge if that crisis ever occurs. Past legal problems or a history of violence? Past drug use or alcohol abuse? Membership in certain groups? Immigrants (illegals or those with visas)? Those with large amounts of money? Those with a number of guns?

The only thing that would be relevant would be "what you're made of" - I mean, if the "new world" is to be believed at all after any style, this one would be irrelevant and if its just the same old thing "new style", the conditions and stuff all have been subjected to....how could ya tell who they were or what they could do after 40 years of stupidification and frustration attack on them? I would look at thier more realistic original self after they were out of and had some time away from the meat grinder. Practically nobody is known or clear under these conditions? I'll pick by what the God wrote 'em? Thats what they'd be more like if you wanted the gifts of 'em anyway and as far as mordor....that is them?
