You can read it. They have done successful kidney transplants with babies as small as 4 lbs. 8 lbs is better.

I've been reading online about baby donors. Every article appears to be genuine tragic deformities and deaths, and caring parents willing to donate to help others. I'm not actually reading about a black market in baby kidneys or other parts.

But, we know it exists, and we know it is lucrative, and you can call me a conspiracy theorist but I wonder how much this push to get fully formed healthy babies is going to make somebody real rich off of neonatal kidneys and other parts. I am 100% sure of it, with not a doubt in my mind.

I'm starting to want the grid to go down, even if 90% of us die. I just can't take the wickedness any more.
