At my wits end and need advice regarding my grandparents and odd things going on at their apartment.

I really dont know what to do anymore and am so sick and confused and just lost about who to turn to other than just praying and trusting in the Lord to prevail. Whats going on is that my grandmother has been experiencing very severe hallucinations or signs of dementia/schizophrenia basically telling my grandfather that theres ladies in the living room or in the air vents that keep singing to him all night long and begins to accuse my grandfather of covering up the fact that theyre there and yelling at him that he refuses to tell them to leave because he is having some sort of affair with them. She’ll drag me into this to get me on her side saying surely I hear them too and now she thinks im trying to cover for my grandfather.

When this happens he gets fearful and agitated and just prays against it claiming its attacks from the enemy or demons trying to tear their marriage apart and while I agree that spiritual warfare is very real, it upsets me that he says this because she is very obviously not well and needs medical evaluation but he says she refuses to go to a doctor and he isnt going to make her go and I really feel its getting to the point where we need to have her committed if thats the only way we can get doctors to see whats actually going on why shes having these symptoms.

The thing thats really weirding me out even more is that she kept saying she was hearing people outside in the parking lot outside her bedroom window and they were taunting her calling her name but me and my grandfather both didnt hear anyone or see anyone outside. But yesterday we had a local internet provider come install home internet and they had to run a line from the box outside, drill into the wall to the apartment unit and run the coaxial cable to the modem and well this morning our service was off suddenly and after resetting the modem and troubleshooting I went outside to look and the entire cable itself had been severed. I dont want to seem paranoid more than I already am but I just dont understand if someone is specifically targeting my grandparents to torment them or what but now im wondering if theres more truth to what shes experiencing that we thought were hallucinations?

I notified the apartment complex about this and its documented. The local police cant really do anything about it and theres no cameras in the apartment parking lot so its going to be really difficult to do anything to stop this from happening again. The ISP tech is coming out to repair the line tomorrow im just worried its going to keep happening and dont know what I should do.

My grandparents dont really leave the house ever, my grandfather is retired and only leaves to go to the store for groceries or to take grandma to doctors appointments but it concerns me because he is very outspoken about his faith in Jesus Christ and hes the type to randomly evangelize to people and with the sociopolitical climate as heated as it is I worry if maybe someone got rubbed the wrong way by something he said and now theyre harassing them for it? Im not saying thats for sure whats going on just one option. Aside from that its a very small apartment building with only anout 20 or so tenants and not one with a lot of young kids or riff raff. The other weird thing is the neighbors next to us will often bang on the walls at odd hours of the night but we never see anyone over there and Ive tried going next door to talk to them about it but no one comes to the door and that really freaks me out.

Just wanted to get some feedback or suggestions on how to handle this. Also please pray for us if you are the praying type. I really appreciate it.
