3rd trimester abortion is dangerous to the woman. No one does that on a whim.

I do know someone who had one. They were married, he was a preacher! Both 100% set in pro life politics.
At 5 months ultrasound baby showed as spinal bifida, anacephalic with brain stem intact. They said baby could possibly live years in vegetative infantile state needing institutionalized care.

By the time they got more opinions and prayed on it, it was 3rd term. It threw her into a deep depression. They had a toddler and in the end aborted. They felt it best for them and their healthy baby.

I am glad they had the choice. I wish there were better stats on 3rd term. My guess is that a lot of times it is severe handicapped pregnancies with neural tube defects. Those bankrupt families and strain taxpayers. I have worked with the profoundly MR population, the ones who need tube feeding because they never even learn to eat. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

If you are a woman having sex, make sure you get enough folate just in case you get pregnant.

problem with this is what do u do when the man wants the abortion but the womam doesn't? equal rights.u now have a tie vote.if u say the man's vote doesnt count as much as the woman, u are right back where we are now.
