Liposuction question!!!

From what I understand we are all born with a certain number of fat cells. They expand and contract based on our diet.

Anyway, when you get liposuction you are getting those cells removed from your body.

So, since you haven't addressed the overeating problem, what does your body look like when you pork back up? In certain areas you cant because there are not fat cells, so do the other fat cells get super engorged? Is that why you see famous people with flat parts of the stomach and weirdo flab all around it???
