Update, I am on my fourth month of the combination and have had a minor set back. I over strained my right shoulder and arm too hard too soon after healing. Shoveling a lot of deep heavy snow often, hauling heavy loads and splitting fire wood. OK, normal for most anyone. But I got spoiled having no pain.

I wish I had stopped the formula combination after 60 to 90 days after my best progress and only resumed as needed for a specific problem and occasional use. I suspect I am growing a bit of a tolerance or maybe I would be in a lot more pain without it LOL. I do not know. But I have a new plan now.

So this is my test plan from here on out after I am done doubling my doses to fight this set back. I am going to stop the combination and save it for only times of specific need or occasional maintain as to not to develop a tolerance or resistance.

Update to my update. I was getting worried my bone disease was coming back and the combination stopped working. The pain in my arm was spreading fast through my entire right side.

I had stopped adding lemon juice to my diet. It was the only thing I could think of that had changed. After just one day back on lemon juice I am on the mend. I did not realize the lemon juice was so important to the combination and did not mention this in the list of things I was doing. I did not think my potent home made tart lemon pie vice was important enough to mention.

I am now adding lemon juice or what ever is in lemon juice that helps to the combination.

Another thing I did not mention is that I occasionally use Kratom and used it for my arm pain so I could work. I do not know if that matters.

Never mind this...... I just got a report back his stuff is not testing out. I am no expert but I do not want to take chances.

amorphous carbon as C60.

The data he posted actually proves this but he either doesn’t know or doesn’t care

I have also found a curious video talking about IV NAD and the increase in telomere length to a youthful age after a few uses.
