With, lots of well water, regular multi vitamins, my special home made yogurt, organic whole milk, my farm eggs, lots of red peppers, navy beans, my garden purple potatoes, a little coffee, nicotine, and a little gin.

I will add tomatoes, mushrooms- lots of mushrooms, avocado, squash,
Asparagus, lemon, strawberries, pumpkin, cinnamon, tons of water! Very small portions of red meat, in fact if you can go without it is the best. Chicken and white meat is best.

I have to agree that the tobacco/ nicotine is helpful but not in heavy quantities. Light.
