I dont think so. We're all here living the same 3 dimensional lives as everyone else in this dimension the "few" would be those of positive mindsets and have come to terms with themselves and everyone else and they move onto the light bodies

As for those who "dwell in sin" their negative mindsets will create more materialistic lives full of greed and hate until they learn to love

From reading the bible I've come to understand that to talk to god we have to turn within it states that the kingdom of god is within us. In other words, meditation? Like reaching higher levels of consciousness and the higher intelligence that is cosmic consciousness?

You can’t speak and hear messages at the same time. In this case, if the mind is in chatter, then the heart isn’t open for messages to come in. *Line in use* if meditation helps, then by all means...you have to be an open conduit. A messenger is just that, an open conduit.
