Had a dream- what language/symbols look like a squiggly M and a U?

Saw some weird symbols in a dream. Looked like a squiggly M and a U.
The U looked smaller a bit and was to the right of the M.
They were up in the sky. Sky was reddish and orange and cloudy.
Never seen them before. Any ideas??
