It will be out of Trump's and any person in power's hands. The demonstration that no laws will be enforced will be clear. They obviously do not care about enforcing the laws.

A National Emergency isn't for the illegal alien problem, it's a LAW ENFORCEMENT problem. The people in power are not enforcing their own laws. The emergency is no one is enforcing the laws. Society degrades when laws are ignored.

All the President has to do is not sign the bill before him pick it up and put it in his pocket, all pieces of legislation have an expiration date, be it sessional or term. He can let the bill die a natural death. Surely his cabinet has coached him on this move. It is a brilliant move.

You should read the outcome of the courts when we had real courts and congress. Lookup The Church of the Holy Trinity vs. The United States (143 US 457 - 1892).

They Supreme Court made it very clear on immigration. In fact the Justice Brewer said the following.

“(The intent of Congress was) to restrain and prohibit the immigration or importation of laborers who would have never seen our shores but for the inducement and allurements of men whose only object is to obtain labor at the lowest possible rate, regardless of the material and social well-being of our own citizens and regardless of the evil consequences which result to American laborers. He can only hold the bill for so long before they can pass it again.

They have to pass it 3 times to override him but this is his best move.

Actually his only move to stop this madness is to pocket veto.

Declare the national emergency or do it the way the pentagon said and have the military build it without the national emergency declaration.

Then demand congress pass a funding bill without any border issues in it whatsoever.

This way he can put the pressure back on them and save the fucking country from the 3rd world invasion this bill will cause.

After Trump sings the bill state of emergency war time stuff will comence with a false flag that will start another war possibly with Iran Russia and China and as you all know you cannot remove the sitting president in large scale wartime conflicts.
