This article gives some new insights, but it is a little short on specifics. Most of the article wasn't about diabetes, but general health. Getting the fiber without the carbs might be a problem, but the Butyrate being in butter is easy, just quit using the rancid cotton oil poison (margarine), and use real butter. The article also mentioned that fasting gives a transient effect, which is great if you do intermittent fasting. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. "America is at that awkward stage.
